    Good for the experience.
    The good thingsGetting to drive some of the coolest cars on the road, really good setups, working with top end equipment and inventory.
    The challengesManagement was a headache. Always pulling you in too many directions so your efforts never could go where they needed most. Pay was sub-par for the work involved.

    This place is a joke.
    The good thingsPeople at the workshop are great.
    The challengesThere are many challenges that you will face. Management in the second hand cars sales department is a disaster. The management doesn’t know what he is doing, and they don’t care about the employees. There’s very limited training provided, people will blame you for others faults. Extremely disorganized working place, be prepared for figuring everything out by yourself since no one else can help you, including your supervisor.

    The good thingsFirst job out of school and I have stayed ever since. I started in a basic admin role but have had the opportunity to move up, take on more responsibilities and learn new skills. Fantastic group of people to work with, you really feel like part of the family in this family owned business.

    The good thingsI began working for Gulson Canberra in Dec 2019. From the very first day the staff have been warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Now more than six months later i am a fully integrated part of the Team and a happy member of the Gulson Family. Through the turbulent times that have been 2020 Gulson Canberra has done everything in its power to support its staff in all matters of safety and security. It has been reassuring to work for such a truly caring company.
