    Great experience - only wish it could have lasted longer.
    The good thingsIn my experience, great team environment with supportive staff and management. Returning employees can complete tax course at no cost. Free parking on site. Complete your tax return for free. Daily tracking of targets (and recognition for those offices who are doing well), plus weekly recognition for tax consultants who are doing well. Friendly competition between offices.
    The challengesMost employment is only casual for all or part of tax season (July-October). Some offices at shopping centres do not have their own toilets; difficult to run out to the shopping centre toilets between clients or phone calls.

    Challenging, exilerating and completely worthwile.
    The good thingsI greatly enjoyed my experience working at the H Hotel and would recommend it to any one. The management team I worked with and the staff were excellent and the opportunity I was given was career changing.
    The challengesOpening a new hotel from scratch was challenging, the tasks were difficult because it was my first opportunity at the manager level. Much of what we did was completely new, there was no prior procedures to work from. But it was worth it.
