Disappointing and unsupportive environment for kitchen staff.
The good thingsMy teammate in the kitchen. Good working hours.
The challengesAtrocious management leading kitchen program. No plan for two campuses. No work/life balance for kitchen employees and then blame the chef for not accomplishing unrealistic goals in unworkable kitchen. Good if working as an educator, but if you work in the kitchen, do not expect communication or support. It will not be there for you.
