The good thingsNothing good for an experienced sparky,they say without the fifo experience,thata exactly what they are going to do,line you in and then sub-contract you to some hell-hole unsafe fifo mine.

Toxic culture, poor pay, intrusive management, and no respect for staff privacy.

The good thingsSome team members were supportive, and I appreciated the chance to learn new skills while working there.
The challengesThere were several areas that could be improved. Management practices often felt overly controlling, and clearer boundaries around staff privacy would help create a more respectful and comfortable work environment.

Management are only looking for a bonus at the end of the month. Safety is lowest priority, zero training or respect.
The good thingsThe workers made life easy or difficult depending on how they where employed. Some where highly intelligent and some where lucky to still be alive.
The challengesElectricians that couldn't add up 1+1 clueless, shouldn't have been given a license, then hahn pick them up.
Management where clueless, people where just numbers. A way to derive an income and bonus.

The good thingsGood variety of work, HR staff friendly good to deal with and family owned
The challengesTooling, materials, time wasting, cost shortcuts and low pay. Hahn at the end of the day dont care about you and you are replaceable for someone cheaper

Working with Hahn is challenging, tiring.
The good thingsHR staff are very pleasant to deal with.
The challengesWorking without the support of the Perth General Manager in regards to not willing to raise pays and conditions. Having requests for new uniforms rejected when working in a underground environment are not supported (uniforms are PPE).
HRHi, thanks for your review. The challenges you state are disappointing to hear. Market conditions very much dictate what pay and conditions we are able to offer and the current climate has made it very difficult to amend pay rates. With regards to uniforms we are not aware of any requests for clothing having been rejected. All issued clothing is replaced on a fair wear and tear basis as per standard uniform policies and we would never compromise someone’s safety by not providing appropriate PPE. Our employees are extremely important to us and we hope your view of Hahn can be improved in the future.
