    The challengesSometimes there's not much room for nuance throughout the day. There's a difference between being highly driven and being obsessive about it.

    The good thingsSolid iron ore day rate. Lots of professional development opportunities off rigs – even contract rig geo’s get to do modelling software projects!

    The challengesPoor management. Unfriendly 2 and 1 roster. Low moral onsite, everyone is doing bear minimum onsite. My salary reflected that too.

    The challengesLack of Management support, they refuse to believe there are any issues and if there are issue I created them and influenced other people to be there were issues.

    The challengesPrivately owned and board level staff monitor employees and clock watch. You get pigeon holed and do as you are told.
