    What l appreciate most is the kind of leadership and the people in Hargrave.
    The good thingsThe bosses are approachable and genuinely treats everyone like a tamily. I like the flexibility of work hours and the respect for personal lite.
    The challengesFor now, extended leave may be challenging; however, this is expected to ease as the team grows.

    Most rewarding job I've had.
    The good thingsReally impactful work with a brilliant team. No office politics, we were just getting stuff done. Pay was good and the management really cared about everyone. I really got to grow a lot with the company.
    The challengesDidn't really have any issues. Hard work, but you could see the difference it made.
