Good first job and some of the people you work with. Pay is good for the work you do.
The good thingsGood for factory experience and learning different food processes in a factory job.
The challengesNo set finish times and can vary from 4 hours to 12 hours work on the day. Shift start times can change within 24 hours. Management not organised and make things up as you go.

The good thingsFast paced and learn alot in a little amount of time.
The challengesLack of trust from management, and lots of double handling. No sight on long term goals only fixing things in that week ahead.

    Character building
The good thingsThere are plenty of opportunities for self guided development. There are some brilliant minds in the company which I've learnt a lot from.
The challengesThis is a very fast paced business, it is very easy to get left behind. There's so much focus on just getting through the day that you do not achieve many long term goals.
