    Disappointing and Unsupportive
    The good thingsNone that outweighed the negatives.
    The challengesWhen I disclosed mental health difficulties, I was not offered support or reasonable adjustments. Instead, my employment was ended. This experience showed me that the company does not genuinely prioritise staff wellbeing.

    A place where enthusiasm and happiness go to die
    The good thingsThe patients are the only thing good about the job. All other aspects of this company are shocking
    The challengesThe job itself is fine, however, the management of the company is poor. The communication leaves a lot to be desired and the way that staff are treated can only be described to be tainted with that of high school bitchiness. Not only do they treat their phlebotomist's poorly (very common theme amongst company chat) but they pay pretty much minimum wage and expect you to be at their every beck and call. The most poorly run company I have ever worked for, and you can see the enthusiasm drain from new employees eyes as the company slowly takes away the spring in their steps and enthusiasm for healthcare.

    Worst experience of my career. No wonder they have the reputation as the worst pathology provider in WA.
    The good thingsThe wonderful and dedicated laboratory staff who have a genuine desire to improve patient care.
    The challengesTotal lack of professional processes, egotistical management, lack of direction, training or support, absence of WHS procedures, disrespect for hard working staff at lab level and an overbearing parent company that cares more about improving the bottom line than providing a quality service.

    The good thingsThere is nothing good about working for this company.
    The challengesManagement is so unfair with some staff, everyone is pushed to get through a lot of work despite the low amount of staff and help needed to do this. Morale is low no one wants to be there the pay is disgusting for the work we do I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone to work here unless they really need the experience.
