I wish I'd moved on sooner
The good thingsGood people. Work/life balance.
The challengesNo growth opportunities. Your idea are turned down quickly by anyone above you. Everyone point the finger when something goes wrong rather than owning up to it. I thought the new CEO & Exec would make positive change, but theres high staff turnover for a reason.

If you want career progression, steer clear,
The good thingsKind culture with nice people. Staff are passionate about what they do.
The challengesOutdated technology, processes and systems. Complete lack of any career or professional development. Management pigeonholes people and holds good talent back so they leave. Ineffective and immature leadership team that are full of promises but fail to deliver.

Terrible, terrible management with minimual qualifications for their roles. Very old publis servant mentality.
The good thingsThere are a lot of great people who work at Health Partners but they are let down by the poor management.
The challengesSenior Management is probably the worst I have ever experienced. Incompetent, arrogant, self serving, and the board are ancient. Most have been there more than 15 years (also the CEO) and the Chairperson nearly 30 years. No growth for staff, no training, and no one seems to care especially People and Culture who don't believe WHS is important in an office environment They may be great with customers but extremely poor with staff. Turn over is very high and from this review you can tell why.

    Wonderful!
The good thingsI enjoy working with my team. The management treats us all with respect, the CEO knows everyone by name and ensures that he says hello when walking through the office. This is a workplace with high morale and a good vibe in general, filled with good and fun people.
The challengesThe opportunities for growth are there but limited.
