A great organisation where you can make a real difference in the wellbeing of the clients lives
The good thingsA great company to work for where you make a real difference in peoples lives
The challengesThere has been a lot of change however thats needed for an organisation to continue to grow and develop

Do not recommend employment here as an audiologist, particularly in WA/SA. Need for new upper management but they protect one another. Complaints lodged but there is never any change. Used to be a good place to work for but the non clinical leadership is more commercial/sales focused. No work/life balance.
The good thingsClient facing staff genuinely care for their clients and try to provide the best hearing care. Staffin the team try to support one another. Super is 15.4% and RDO fortnightly. Supportive training for new audiologists. Opportunities to do complex case load including working in paediatrics.
The challengesUpper management pressures you to sell as a KP|, masking it as providing the best care for clients. New system has been a nightmare, system slow or just not working. Constant change in protocol, devices & system processes Renumeration is low, pay increases are marginal. Short staffed, high workload

Working for this company is an absolute joke
The good thingsThe days extra days off around public holidays and Christmas were good
The challengesNo proper training. Learning is by figuring it out yourself and then being told constantly you've done something wrong. Systems are impossible to use and everyone clearly overworked and overstressed.

    Clinician
    May 2024
Perth WA 60001 to 2 years in the role, former employee
Great services for patients but a terrible company to work for.
The good thingsStaff work hard to provide best outcomes for patients.
The challengesMore KPIs and financial expectations than in private practice. Staff overworked with little appreciation and all levels of management are uncaring. New system is slow and painful.
