Hearth is a nurturing organisation towards its Support Workers. Leaders listen.
The good thingsI like the support from leaders in various initiatives for Support Workers. Support Workers are provided opportunities to develop professionally and are encouraged to voice out their needs and concerns. Relationship Managers are very supportive and facilitate the best outcomes for Support Workers.
