    OK workplace but there are better
    The good thingsSome of the teaching staff
    The challengesThe relationship between the school and onsite church can be a lot to deal with, especially if you don't attend the church. It was obvious to all staff that the Principal doesn't call the shots. High staff turnover which is destabilising for the culture of the workplace.

    Challenging at times
    The good thingsStaff were lovely to work with. I enjoyed working with the leadership at the time I was there until the change in Principal mid-way through the year. Kids were generally well behaved.
    The challengesThe school had some challenging times during my time at Heights College. It is obvious to all who work at the College that the principal doesn't call the shots and it makes it difficult to work in that sort of environment. There have been several changes in Principals in the past 10 years which is a bit destabilising for staff.

    The good thingsMost teaching and non teaching staff, the kids were generally well behaved.
    The challengesFound the involvement from the attached church a bit overpowering. Leadership is not strong and don’t really listen to concerns.

    The challengesThe co-workers and management as they were really strict and didn’t listen or ask if we wanted to voice our opinion about issues or changes. It was only what they thought would work.
