    A US owned company which doesn’t care who they walk over to make money
    The good thingsGreat local team and nice Perth office
    The challengesManagement have lost sight of what the people “on the ground” actually do. They are now only focussed on money. The years of industry experience and amazing customer relationships their long term team members have established is no longer valued. They now only want staff who don’t question anything and just do what they are told. The staff morale and company culture has suffered considerably as a result. They now employ young inexperienced people at a much lower salary but expect higher end results.
