    Great Team to Work With
The good thingsThe people I worked with were really good. It was a great team.
The challengesThe area was a little spread out and some of our customers were contracted to fairly low fees.

I have had a great experience working in my role there. I am only leaving to take on full-time studies next year.
The good thingsWorking part of a team that gives you support whenever you need it and working under a team leader that is considerate, flexible, and caring. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly.

A really awful place to work - depressing, disappointing and demoralising.
The good thingsGetting paid and going home at the end of each day.
The challengesThe lack of training and support, the inflexible work practices, unrealistic expectations and workload, working to meet tight deadlines when so many things are out of your control, the cliquey and school like environment, the micromanaging and unsupportive management etc etc.

    Bad outweighs the good unfortunately
The good thingsIt was a good place to work once upon time but sadly is getting worse culture and expectations wise.
The challengesPay isn’t competitive, team environment and culture is lacking, high expectations and hard work with very little award and appreciation. Understaffed, a lot of resignations

HTW was a great company to work for. Support and help always available from management and senior staff.
The good thingsFlexible work arrangements, training and support from management
The challengesNature of the valuation industry means workflow fluctuates which means throughout a year you’re likely to go through stages of too much work and/or not enough work.

    Consistent. Almost to a fault
The good thingsConsistent, coworkers are wonderful. Role is straightforward and very simple once you get used to it.
The challengesLack of variety in tasks and a general inability to pace workload due to the unstable nature and high frequency of client calls that are required to be answered within a very short amount of time.

If you are not part of the \"group\" (people working there for long) they will ignore you, treat you as \"you are not part of our team\". If I knew they have this kind of \"culture\" I wouldn't accept the job.
The good thingsclose to home, some people out of the team I was were friendly, with few exceptions the people from my team just ignored me, including the management people
The challengesone challenge was work peacefully, to much talk and laugh all day; no clear definition what had to be done, you almost need to beg for tasks.

A safe company to work for due to market share and national Precence and good technology.
The good thingsChoice of Morning and afternoon runs, appointment making assistance, good technology.
The challengesGetting through to people and them looking at feedback positively rather than as a challenge to authority. Lack of genuine appreciation and management admin politics.

The good thingsHeavy investment in technology to support increased efficiency. A growing team full of positive people with support from all levels of staff including administration, fellow valuers, directors and national office.
