    Cannot afford own flights. Pay out nearly as much as you earn.

    The challengesBecause I’m on East Coast the airfares are expensive. Must work at least 3/1 to be able to afford it. FIFO should be offered if they want experienced, qualified workers

    Management needs attention.
    The good thingsGreat scaffolding and rigging crew with a lot of experience,but we were treated as second class citizens as they looked after their insulators and fabrication crews a lot more than us.
    The challengesWe found it hard bringing up issues at safety meetings that would never get resolved and then they tell us if we don’t like it leave.
