    My career with the Hilton Manufacturing is challenging and rewarding, but it's never been short of opportunity.
    The good thingsFamily business with great cultural environment that continues to grow in the manufacturing sector, with no shortage of opportunity for personal growth and development. Hilton continues to invest in the latest equipment which keeps us on the cutting edge of manufacturing technology.
    The challengesManufacturing is hard work and very challenging to bring every nut, bolt and piece of material together to build a quality product on time.

    The good thingsUnfortunately nothing the management make it a very difficult and unpleasant place to work
    The challengesBiggest challenge was trying to become full time for nearly 12 months asking managers over and over again then to be let go just before Christmas like I was nothing

    Would never do it again or recommend anyone for this

    The challenges- Some Managers have no idea on what they are supposed to do, I wonder how these protected species can grow in this company, and then still expect the company to excel and grow. - The Managers change their plans and directions every half an hour - The tools required for the job are never correct from first time and it takes ages to get things right - The pay for engineers is a joke, doing uber will make you profit more with much less stress and effort

    they asked me to come back after Christmas lasted a week then was put off

    One can spend some time here to keep going but overall this is not a place to be for Longterm.
    The good thingsI survived Hell because of a few goods friends.
    The challengesManagement does not care about staff, all they care is their sales figure. Business advertises herself as a family business but didn't care about the staff at all. Injury rates are high, the stress level is gone out of the roof.

    The good thingsThere are a few good people to work with. Some of the supervisors do try to run things the right way.
    The challengesDealing with a production over safety mentality. A number of managers and supervisors have absolutely no idea about the requirements pertaining to equipment maintenance or safety.
