    The good thingsGreat people, excellent work life balance. The leadership gives me clear guidance and opportunities for growth. Certainly the changes of the last 2 years have helped Hindmarsh to be a better place to work.

    Hindmarsh Plumbing is an organisation in which values its people and culture and it's clear from working there that management values and respects its employees.
    The good thingsThe culture and people at Hindmarsh Plumbing make it a positive and engaging place to work. People in each department are friendly and inviting. People are also very welcoming and management are very helpful and will make time to speak to anyone. It is also very clear that they want people to have the ability to grow and further their career within the company.
    The challengesCommunication can sometimes be challenging working in a large organisation because people are base onsite and out of the office frequently, therefore engagement across the whole organisations can sometimes be challenging.

    Highly recommend taking any position offered at Hindmarsh Plumbing :)
    The good thingsThe Hindmarsh team have all been very welcoming since the very first day. Management and leadership genuinely care about your development, Health, Personal well being and provide opportunities for career progression. They are also very flexible and understanding.
    The challengesI have not come across any challenges so far, apart from saying no to the slices of cakes for peoples birthday :)

    The challengesThere have been some key personnel changes over the past 3 years but I believe these have had a really good positive influence on Hindmarsh Plumbing.

    The first 7years were challenging but great, last 12 month with amalgamation was horrific. Managers with no clear direction and people you worked with rude and unbearable.
