    An exciting, rewarding workplace were recognition is a given and the vision is shared.
    The good thingsAcendre has created a really flexible and welcoming environment. Culture has come a long way in the last couple of years but things a definitely trending upwards. I have worked at several companies but truly feel something special is being built here.
    The challengesA lot of travelling involved in my role at the moment. Hoping territories can be re-segmented as more customers are won.

    Good company with some not so good decisions.
    The good thingsGood work life balance. They had some good clients in Asia Pacific region which made work interesting. Good and helpful colleagues
    The challengesThere were good and skilled people once but now management has adopted idea of hiring cheap labour offsite making customer experience bad. Still working on old technologies. Many clients left because of poor service. Didn't value employees.
