    I enjoyed my time at BGM site with HMR, met some good people and made some good coin along the way. Had a solid crew and supervisors to work alongside. 1n1, 2n1 and 2n2 rosters available, career progression for anyone who has a good go at it. Worth a go with HMR if you ask me!
    The good thingsGreat team at BGM. Plenty of career progression. Great Money and hours.
    The challengesWorking with the mining team and client can be difficult at times.

    Great People, great company, a nice place to get your foot into the mining/underground environment.
    The good thingsGood money. Easy going crew. Learn about drill rigs and working in underground environments. Physically active and fit from work
    The challengesNo difficult tasks however sometimes working in hot conditions and lifting heavy equipment.

    The good thingsFlat structure. Easy to communicate with management team. Great work life balance. Rosters are flexible. The people that work for HMR are genuinely invested in the success of the company. Made some huge changes in the last 2 years to improve the company reputation and performace.

    The good thingsAn experienced workgroup recruited in the past 2 years across all levels. New systems and processes implemented throughout the business. Long term contracts, industry leading work life balanced rosters, very competitive pay rates and flat organisational structure provides efficiency and eliminates negative internal politics experienced with competitor companies in the past. Positive and progressive workplace/ workgroup experiencing growth and has become an attractive option for experienced quality drilling personnel.
    The challengesNature of the business as a contractor and the general industry workplace challenges. Very intensive demanding industry to work within. Simply not suited for all employees. (Great opportunities for the right people).

    A waste of time. ripped of by employment agency. did not get proper meal breaks. drillers can not do their job. always pulling rods. I was offsiding for 2 weeks and was showing the drillers how to do their jobs.
