Do not work here if you want to get shouted at by managers and feel like absolute garbage about yourself. The good thingsThe team I work with is amazing. Everyone always uplifts each other and I am able to work fine with them. If one of us has a problem regarding work, we always encourage each other to bring it up to the managers or HR.
The challengesIn saying that however, some managers I have had do absolutely nothing for you. When a complaint about a r a c i s t co-worker was brought up, nothing was done for me even though they said they would set up a meeting with said coworker. Even worse, they kept him as a manager.
