Not worth it, find something else! The good thingsOne of the office managers was very supportive.
The challengesNot enough hours, the management is extremely extremely focused on cutting costs and increasing revenue. They want us to remain available all the time but don't give us the hours we need. Sometimes they call you just for 3 hours a day. They keep hiring new staff every year, though they don't have enough work and even people like us who have been with them for 2-3 years don't get hours as per our given availablity. The company just wants to make sure they don't miss a single possible client so they'd roster you for just those hours & days that suit them, not you.
That's why they hire us as casual, not part time.
Also, Saturday hours will be given to their favourites only (yeah suck it up). The only good thing I found was that one of my managers was really supportive and understanding (otherwise I'd give it 1 star). The salary is just $30 an hour.
And forget about bonus! That's for top management.
