Culture
Stats IMO primarily driven towards numbers throughput & money, rather than allowing adequate time for realistic quality output, especially for entry level staff, who IMO are expected to claim less hours for work done to make performance stats (ergo managers) look good, & the operation look more efficient/productive, ie cost vs income for units processed, when reality appears different to that.
Stats IMO do not reflect reality unless you have years of experience & can process cases much more confidently, quickly & efficiently.
Complication with difficult cases IMO lack adequate time allocated to pass muster with bean counters, especially where messy remedial work required, & client may not be fully co-operating.
Time & motion studies IMO would help management to gain better data on resources needed to properly deal with all types of cases for all levels of experience.
