    Don’t work here unless you want to he broke. Physically and mentally
    The good thingsMy co workers on the floor were very friendly.
    The challenges*work life balance. *Honesty and transparency when onboarding staff *Treating you like a person not a number *Training and safety Got hired as a welder and only worked with fibreglass.. Left work early and went to hospital as I was violently ill and the next morning I got a call that I’ve been fired. Got hired for a 4 day week with 10 hour days then after I joined there was talk of doing 6 12 hour days.. on my contracted day off I got a “where are you” call Pays very mediocre, within the short period I was working there they had 2 strikes/walkouts. I’ve never seen a higher turnover rate anywhere. Not a single person I talked to wanted to stay there long term. Do not work for this company if you value ur health and overall wellbeing.

    Over all this job is good to get your foot in the door to strengthen your resume but i wouldn't recommend working here.
