Started out great, good opportunities to learn but I feel like they came out of necessity from management, no work/life balance, poor management with little communicationThe good thingsThe crew I worked with, we were a small team and all very close. ALways had someone to talk to no matter who was in the room. Pay was alright but you had to work long hours for it
The challengesManagement don't communicate, there's too many "chiefs", treated like a number not a person, any issues were always swept under the rug, long hours meant no time to relax. 12 hour days + expected to work Saturdays, good money but the lack of personal life didn't make it worth it. Little to no communication from management made everything feel like a secret. Everyone is told they can't see the bigger picture but we haven't been told what's going on so how can we possibly see the "bigger picture". We're the ones doing the work, let us know the what and why so we can do our best work.
