    Honest to goodness has the potential to be an incredible company, however they do not place enough value on the amazing staff that they have, this along with the poor communication business wide creates a challenging and sometimes toxic work environment.
    The good thingsThe people at Honest to Goodness are easily the best I have ever worked with. Passionate, dedicated, hard working and incredibly loyal. Also having easy access to their wonderful products was a plus.
    The challengesLack of communication, poor management from the top down, no commitment to staff development and career progression. Frequent staff burnout and little care for staff well-being
