    Every experience is not wasted as you learn from them, I learnt to move on when the culture is not a priority.
    The good thingsThe offices were spacious and modern. There were open areas of collaboration and technology was efficient
    The challengesPoor culture in that there were divisions amongst work colleagues and factions. There was no clear direction from board on the direction of the company.
