    I would never recommend anybody work here, unless you're in desperate need for money or experience.
    The good things-Some co-workers, that's the ONLY good thing
    The challenges-Management and Team Leaders are extremely unprofessional and rude, they expect a lot of work with a lot of micromanaging. They speak down to you and your concerns are never listened to - The training is very poor, it's not adequate and you're expected to remember everything and do everything perfectly right out of training, if not, you'll be spoken to like a child for asking for help and they'll be visibly annoyed with you, they won't hide it, hence the unprofessionalism and hostile working environment.

    Excellent colleagues, however lack of progression and inconsistent management.
    The good thingsGreat colleagues, some members of the management team are very supportive.
    The challengesLack of opportunities for progression. If you make one mistake, any opportunities you do have are taken away and you are then overlooked in future. Some members of the management team are very unprofessional - there is a good chance any private issues you discuss with a manager will end up getting out to the whole service centre.

    Ok job for getting in and out, no career progression, zero awareness in management
    The good thingsThere are some really good people to work with, and a decent culture. Not expected to work longer hours. No visible diversity and equal opportunity issues
    The challengesAs they are a relatively small company and took more parts of the business in house, there were lots of issues in career development, benefits, equipment and management as they haven't really worked it out. Very slow to react to process problems and supporting staff and will only react, not be proactive.

    The good thingsHigh performing fund with very recognisable brand. Strong member-centric focus with equally strong employer relationships. Clear strategic direction with all departments aligned, and individual role KPI's and responsibilities relate directly to the strategy which makes personal measurement of performance very simple. Great team culture, vibrant working environment.(Including experiences and interactions you just wouldn't get anywhere else) Up-to-date tools/technology to to get the job done. Flexibility and autonomy within the roles.

    Easy to follow culture, yet lots rules to follow
    The good thingsThe work/life balance was very respectful, and hardly you'd see people working till late. They were on a process to upgrade the technology that would allow people to work remotely more often, and to be able to produce better work. Had the authority in leading the department, as long as that didn't involve spending money or depending on different areas.
    The challengesbeing a small organisation, there's the need of small things being approved even if is complied with budget. There's a lot of process to follow and many stakeholders to please.
