    I would not work here.
    The good thingsLocation and regular customers are great.
    The challengesOwned by a mining company but treated as a tax break. No money spent on the hotel and no support from upper management. Pay is always incorrect and payroll continually acts like it was a simple mistake.

    The good thingsGreat for experience in many areas if you are new to the industry. Great old building, many lovely & loyal customers. Meet some great people.
    The challengesNo long term security for staff, despite long term employment. The business will struggle to fined experienced professional leadership if they can not offer any job security to management, supervisors or valuable staff. No performance reviews for staff. Non English speaking contractors, made very simple things challenging. Owned by a larger company.
