Scary, I wouldn’t go there if I were you
The good thingsIt was an eye opener and good gender balance.
The challengesVery hostile clients. Management seemed to be have very little higher education and just relied on their experience and whatever training courses the received. It’s hard to work there and the managers do not make it any easier.

Rewarding due to the wide range of experience, job roles and people I encountered.
The good thingsPlenty of opportunities for training and gaining roles in other areas on a temporary basis that gives you practical experience for when a job becomes vacant
The challengesUndergoing many changes which affect service delivery so very important to stay abreast of all the changes and how it affects your day to day work.
