    If I didn't need to leave the job due to needing to move, I would continue working there as long as possible. Excellent and helpful team.
    The good thingsHumes in Darwin has a great office team. They love to banter and keep things light yet respectful. People are willing to help each other in any way possible, and they stress keeping a healthy work and home relationship. They treat their workers like they actually matter and aren't just replaceable positions.
    The challengesLearning to use the SAP programme was definitely challenging. The first learning stages were quite overwhelming - but once you're past that and get your head around things, it's a rewarding job.

    The challengesToo much to do not enough time. Flatten/equalise positions between Lafarge and Holcim by cutting remuneration to the better off party instead of adding to the worse off.

    8 years of being supported my management, learning a new thing every day and feeling like I was valued, a sense of belonging.
    The good thingsLoved my 8 years within Humes at Welshpool, Management make you feel warm and welcome from the very first day. Was really hard for me to leave as I felt like a member of Hume's community.
    The challengesMy workload was widespread which I loved but! others would become involved and all would go to dung. One simply had to regain focus and connect with task at hand.
