    The good thingsOut on the road, meeting friendly customers is a bonus
    The challengesDealing with disgruntled customers for a number of reasons. Main problem is the Allocation department.

    Great culture, great team.
    The good thingsHymix has a great culture. There is really a genuine feeling of working in a team and everyone wants to do what is right for the customer.

    Top Blokes, Absolute comical management, that do not have one second of time for the drivers.

    The challengesWhere do you start. Management could not operate a Toaster, allocators are young kids in a role which they have never been on the other side of, this equals disaster zone.

    Met some good people and the money was good.
    The good thingsLoads of overtime for people that want it and some good operators.
    The challengesYou get moved around from your base plant a lot. The customer service allocation is the worst I have ever experienced and the company is not receptive to feed back on performance.
