    If it's not for my family, then I wasn't thinking about moving from here.
    The good thingsI love my time working here. Absolutely beautiful place to work, no stress. Very good team members, well organized and supportive. Great work life balance.
    The challengesIts little bit hard to get staff and because its in outback, nobody wants to stay here or work here for a long period. Always struggling to get staff, specially when we get plenty of functions and running normal service together then you are basically by yourself.

    The good thingsThe benefits most definitely, we receive a generous discount on all ACCOR hotels. The management team I was employed by were incredibly helpful in my training and advancement. The variety of guests that I get to meet.
    The challengesSometimes the workload can be difficult to manage. As a receptionist, there are often multiple areas you need to be focusing on at any given time and sometimes this can be overwhelming.

    I had many opportunities for growth and development which is fantastic and loved the environment despite the high work pace because the staff and customers have always been kind and understanding and always prepared to lend a hand. The reason i dont work
