    IBM has lost its direction and focus on a client first experience through an over-driven desire to cut costs.
    The good thingsMy HR manager doesn't get in my way too much and lets me manage my time and achieve my job outcomes in my own style.
    The challengesStaff reduction has made working for this company increasingly difficult. Especially in client facing environments where high quality of service is being expected. But cannot be delivered through off-shore models.

    The good thingsVery cosmopolitan company. Can learn a lot within the environment.
    The challengesVery unhealthy environment with long hours spent sitting with not enough breaks. Not enough permanent employment opportunities for casual staff.
