    Difficult to do business with !!
    The good thingsIBM was a mighty company back in the 80's and has the people to be a mighty company again, however it's lost it values and direction
    The challengesToo many processes which makes it nearly impossible to deliver to it's customers. Procurement Dept are very very difficult to deal with.
