    Poor management, poor role clarity, poor work / life balance and a toxic workplace culture with high bureaucracy.

    The challengesPoor management, poor role clarity (Position Description never provided) and poor work/life balance. Expectation to attend meetings outside of business hours. Excessive meetings displacing work into evening hours. Expectation to perform duties outside the scope of a marketing position.
