    For a business to value Togetherness and only offer a video interview that is recorded and viewed later seems very disingenuous considering the effort and time involved for the applicant. I could add more to this but seek will not allow.
    The good thingsThey only want people that can talk to themselves on video and not be able to build report with people.
    The challengesBeing able to ask question through the interview is very important as it shows your communication processes and the way the employee will work with others.
