Overall company was once good, now employees are just a number.
The good thingsGood colleagues, people you work with are willing to help.
The challenges- No direction - Taking leave means having work to catch up when coming back, with little to no help. - Expectations are high with low salary as a TM. - Managers are pushy and happy to put the blame on territory managers when things don’t go right.

    Challenging & Exciting Opportunity
The good thingsExcellent culture, supportive and collaborative team. A lot of growth opportunity and potential. It is a challenging role as the industry is regulated but this makes it exciting! Great pay and incentives and bonus.

Appreciated the opportunity & experience but glad I left
The good thingsFelt appreciated as an employee in the beginning. Was proud to work for a company that did actually treat you as family. Lots of trust & recognition for the first couple of years...
The challengesLike most companies, it pretty quickly became all about the bottom dollar. Decisions were made globally that had poor repercussions locally. Complete attitude change from Management soon made it a very unpleasant working environment. Now no different than any other corporate global company which is very sad.

Mosy management are back stabbing ladder climbers with very low morals and characters.
The good thingsSalary and benefits and the same level co workers were always helpful and understanding.
The challengesHorrible and difficult market to work in. Trying to market a cancerous product does leave a bad taste in your mouth.
