I have learned the true meaning of the word integrity – ‘Imperial’The good thingsBest company I have ever had the pleasure to work for! The company equips the staff at all times with the latest software & hardware, ensuring the best possible design results and ultimately staff satisfaction. I have never experienced a company that is bold enough and brave enough to actively search out the latest advancement’s in cabinet making. I initially came to Imperial with an advanced knowledge of design in joinery & leave with an even greater arsenal about the industry as a whole. I don’t think I have ever grow professionally as much in such a short time. Simply down to the fact that the Owners, Management and staff support you at all times. The possibilities of advancement within the company are only restricted by your own limitations as a professional.
The challengesEvery day the industry demands more and more from joinery companies and the employees working within the industry. Clients through social media expect very high standards and results for relatively small returns. The challenge I found was not the usual grumbles of every past employee – “I wasn’t paid enough” or “the hours were too long”, it simply was the recognition that companies struggle every day. For me personally to prosper and grow, I needed to grow the company I worked for. When I finally came to that realization the challenges and hardships were not mine solely, but the company as a whole. “As you walk in the front door to your work every morning, consider it to be the door to your own house”. Have pride and ownership in the place you work.
