I would 100% work in key accounts again. Overall a good workplace but can have its challenges. The good thingsThere is thorough training. Salary packaging. Customer service officers have opportunities to advance to the key accounts team, although job openings are rare. The key account supervisor is extremely helpful, understanding and friendly. Monthly and quarterly rewards programs.
The challengesCustomer service can be hard. There were lots of complaints in my time from customers - which did improve by the end. No flexibility in regards to working from home. All work must be in the office. Upper management have no clue what the customer service team go through.
