    Double standards, not consistent in there values, staff not valued.
    The good thingsUnfortunately there is not much good to be said about this company. It was once successful and generous but has lost its way with new inexperienced management. Caught up in short term goals and politics by short term management.

    good in the beginning but becoming less and less of a decent place to work
    The good thingsIt was good when they were running two shifts with overtime but that is now a very rare thing
    The challengesThey put the guys on afternoon shift back to a swing shift which makes life work balance very hard
