Can only see it getting toxic and the company itself retracting. I personally had a good experience for most of the time I worked there, it was only in recent months where my morals and company direction were not the same.
The good thingsThe pay and EBA entitlements are good, other workers and teams you work with.
The challengesThe company HO and site management only focused on profit, it's like watching a skyscraper being built and when they get to the final few floors they stop paying for the materials they ordered and take them from the floors below (who needs windows or air-con on the bottom floor?) . super top heavy, they seem to of forgotten that they need actual workers and equipment to produce the products. high staff turnover should tell you all you need to know - especially when it is not just wages staff.

Don't bother working here if you want to reduce company waste.
The good thingsWork colleagues are amazing. Very friendly people to work alongside.
The challenges- Management ignores suggestions to improve efficiency - Workers have their hours reduced if they fix problems that have been leading to wasted time, leading to a culture of no one wanting to fix anything for fear of reprisals. - Safety concerns are ignored - Workers are not made permanent

Hard Working, loyal and honest. Humble enough to start at the bottom and work my way up
The good thingsThe best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoyed the collaborative environment in my workplace.
The challengesThe challenge that used to face was team performance. The leading hand and manager often complained about the team members not performing well and it can impact the company's performance and targets.

Happiest days of my career being based at the Murarrie Plant.
The good thingsThe people at Inghams' are some of the best i have worked with in my 20 years of working in the food industry, specifically the Murarrie facility being the largest primary processing plant of the group. However, everyone i worked with along my 2 year journey were superb.
The challengesLong hours but huge commitment from the team members.
