Great people and a genuinely supportive culture make Inova a really enjoyable place to work.
The good thingsA supportive, people‑first culture with great products and a team that genuinely cares
The challengesAs the business continues to grow, there’s an opportunity to further refine processes and prioritisation to support efficiency across teams.

Fast, fun, and evolving company, with a friendly team.
The good thingsExciting, fast-growing company with genuinely good people. iNova has a collaborative and supportive culture where opportunities are embraced and mistakes are quickly learned from as a team, without blaming individuals. The company offers work/life flexibility and is generous in recognising individuals' contributions. Management constantly asks, "how can we?" rather than jumping to the easier "why we can't" - so for those who enjoy thinking big and trying new things, there's rarely a roadblock. The company supports progression both upwards and across functions.
The challengesNot much to say here. The company has a continuous improvement mentality, and employee benefits seem to get better each and every year, building on an already high standard. The company has been expanding globally in recent years and it's a good time to be a part of the team.

Working at iNova has been the best experience of my career.
The good thingsWorking at iNova Pharmaceuticals has genuinely been the best experience of my career. The business is fast-moving and exciting, and you feel like what you do actually matters. Leadership is supportive and approachable — managers back you, trust you, and help remove roadblocks so you can perform at your best. The culture is collaborative, high-energy, and built around people doing great work together. If you want a place that challenges you, supports you, and keeps things interesting, iNova is it.
The challengesIf I had to pick one area to improve, it’d be continuing to streamline a few internal processes so decisions and execution can move even faster. That said, the intent is always right — the business is growing quickly, and the team is open to feedback and constantly improving.

    Great place to work!
The good thingsGreat culture and wonderful people to work with. Highly competent, great to learn from and advance in your career. I personally have a great leader and mentor. Leadership team is very available and approachable. Flexible and supportive working environment
The challengesNot much to add here - maybe more synergy opportunities across divisions. More opportunities to share information across teams.

A prescription arm masquerading as big pharma.
The good thingsMy sales manager and team.
The challengesCompetent senior management in the Prescription division to bring in new products. An increase in size of field force. Proactive vs reactive culture. Preoccupation with metrics.

Fantastic people.....terrible leadership and big future problems and much uncertainty - do not do it
The good thingsAll fantastic people until you get to management level
The challengesManagement is atrocious - one minute the official word is growth then 6 months later there was a significant amount of redundancies (all rep level of course.... no 2nd line management or above.....

Started out as a great experience and then culture slowly eroded.
The good thingsProducts are good, have a strong heritage. People you work alongside are great.
The challengesManagement and leadership are dictatorial. You are either in favour, or you are not.

iNova is a company with big aspirations, fantastic products, and an ever improving culture that has been developed through its new leaders listening to the needs of the employees.
The good thingsA culture that is improving all the time. Opportunities to work on interesting projects. Improved Employee Benefits. Flexible working.
The challengesA constant moving target. A very fast paced company that requires you to be agile and change direction a lot. Exciting way of working but not for everyone.

I have really enjoyed my time at iNova, the pace is constant but challenging in a good way. Leadership are open and approachable, and there is the ability to work flexibly along with a host of other benefits.
The good thingsGreat people to work with, with a flexible workplace focused on work life balance and great benefits.
The challengesBeing a smaller company there are little opportunities for career advancement in certain departments.

A really great place to work to gain development in your career through the nature of a flatter structure. Basically you are involved in more so you will experience more!
The good thingsA great place to work if you want to be involved in projects and other work you wouldn't normally be involved in with a larger organisation. The people are fantastic which makes it more enjoyable to go to work. Whilst the pace is a lot faster than other organisations, it's actually great that decisions get made so quickly rather than having to go through so many levels of approval.
The challengesThe pace can be challenging for some. A lot of change over the past 2 years but it has been for the better.

Used to be nice, enjoyable at a local level with unfortunate and meaningless interruptions from Head Office.
The good thingsNice local team, friendly perception.
The challengesNow a private equity company more focused on dollars and KPIs than people.

If you value yourself and what you can bring to a company, then this isn't the place for you.
The good thingsGood location. Bonuses and awards are good if you are a performer that's highly visible.
The challengesCulture is just too toxic and ethics non-existent.

    Great products, Great culture.
The good thingsGreat sales teams in all states that seem to have passion and pride in what they do and where they work. Great products. Fairly small team compared with other companies. You can always directly call the mobile of someone in head office and they are happy to have a chat and help out. Good culture.
The challengesIndustry related challenges- not company specific. (In field territory representative)

    Not professional
The good thingsThe people who work for the company are amazing
The challengesUnless you work in either sales or marketing, you are expected to give everything and be happy with getting nothing. The new company and senior management don't seem to care about anything other than purely making money and will cut costs anywhere

    Toxic
The good thingsOver the years iNova has been a great place to work with a strong culture. It has always been a fast paced environment which meant many opportunities for career progression.
The challengesA new owner and overhaul in senior leadership has created a toxic culture.

The good thingsGreat location near Chatswood Train Station
The challengesManagement and culture is terrible and, if you read the reviews in the last few months, you'll see that many good, talented people are leaving iNova since new management took over.

Inova was agreat place to work for in the last 5years the new group has changed that
The good thingspay is good overall - products are very good
The challengesBefore the Takeover/acquisition in Sept the company's culture has since changed for the worse - you are either in the click or out of it . A few key managers believe and confuse dynamic with 1900s ruthlessness ... the recent sales conference was one of the worse - lacked motivation ,and insisted that \"this is the new way\"

The good thingsGreat opportunity to develop my job while working for iNova into a job that was the best suitable not only for me but for the best for internal and external customers.
The challengesConstantly changing company profile and structure could be a very challenging at times.
