A great way to gain experience with working with children.
The good thingsI enjoyed having support from the Area Support Manager and Operations Manager. I also enjoyed working with my team mates and building great relationships with children and parents.
The challengesA little bit more training when stepping in to managerial role would have been helpful. But because of the constant support I had from the team it was fine.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work with Inspire as they are unprofessional, unorganised and admin staff are rude.
The good thingsEnjoyed working with kids.
The challengesPoor rostering system which meant that staff were not aware of their shifts and that was challenging because the rostering staff did not admit to their faults.
