    It's a dynamic environment and has a balance of your routine tasks as well as some really challenging moments.
    The good thingsGreat team mates who balance a genuine desire to be helpful and supportive to their co-workers and clients with the need to get the job done. Nice modern offices and facilities. Always trying to use the latest technology to improve the level of service. Very passionate senior managers within the organisation who do genuinely care. Some great benefits that you don't often find in companies this size, like Employee Assistance and Study Assistance schemes.
    The challengesKeeping up with a constantly changing industry, but that keeps things interesting! It can be a confronting environment as you are dealing with quite serious health matters with clients. The doctors and staff do an amazing job though in their compassionate approach to this.

    Variable, dynamic, ever changing workplace with loads of opportunities for a driven individual seeking to grow their skill sets.
    The good thingsGreat workmates, clean modern offices, latest technology, staff massages, all contribute to make IMS a great place to work. With the rapidly changing nature of the medical field no day is boring. Staff training and education opportunities are excellent if you are driven to improve yourself.
    The challengesCar parking is always fun in the medical precinct! A rapidly growing business means that challenges are frequent but also provide many opportunities to up-skill and cross-train.

    Modern, Progressive and Ever Changing
    The good thingsStaff Massages, Staff Training Scheme/ Funding, Free pod and machine coffee, Friendly Coworkers, Modern/ Clean High Tech Premises, Lots of resources available to support staff such as online help guides and how to's, always something different/ exciting, no two days are the same.
    The challengesLack of parking, (medical in general not just IMS) can be stressful - one has to separate yourself emotionally from sick patients going through their journey. IMS is modern and progressive, that results in a constantly changing environment (for example a hot-deskilling model). If you find it difficult to cope with change, or you are not open to learning a wide range of specialties, brands and skills this is not the job for you.
