    The good thingsOn-site parking. Nothing else was good about this place.
    The challengesThe business is poorly run, allowing bad practice, changes to contracts of employees without their signatures and poor working conditions. They have a patriarchal antiquated culture that is 20 years behind every other business I have worked for.

    The most unpleasant place I've ever worked.
    The good thingsIndividuals generally great to work with. Parking onsite.
    The challengesManagement contradict each other way too often, changing what is expected constantly to the point of frustration, with no clear roles defined. Management aggressively blame workers for teams not getting work done, without addressing their management shortcomings.

    Great in beginning, but suck as soon as a problem arise!
    The good thingsBeing able to work shifts. Working close to home. Ample parking. T.V in lunch room.
    The challengesMachines not maintained properly. No maintenance on night shift. Poor quality material from department that supply your department. All machines never fixed properly, so one must be mechanical minded to fix most probs!
