    Some fantastic people but management were elitist. Hard to talk to about ideas or gibe feedback

    Great people to share a long career with
    The good thingsVery stable employment and you can expect a long career here if you remember that you are here to perform for the business. The people are always good. The staff are proud to be leaders in the industry. Private, Australian ownership. Decisions can be made very quickly when required.
    The challengesGoing through change with a national perspective. Change has been a difficult process for many of the staff and the workload can be high. The day does go very quickly though.
