A business looking after its people and customers.
The good thingsOver the past year the level of support, personal development, teamwork, and new systems and technology that help us do a better job has shifted for the better. I feel we are now a business that is looking forward to the future.
The challengesThe speed of change is not for everyone. Things we accepted in the past have stopped or changed in my view for the better, though not all of my team agree and it takes extra time to work through things and explain.

“Rewarding role with great teamwork and growth.”
The good thingsWhat I’ve enjoyed most is the supportive team culture at IHS. Everyone works together, communicates well, and genuinely wants to help one another succeed. I also appreciate the clear expectations, consistent guidance, and the professional yet friendly environment that makes each day feel rewarding.
The challengesManaging sudden changes without timely communication.

Working at IHS has given me strong growth, learning, and confidence.
The good thingsThe most important thing I have enjoyed while working with IHS all these years is the continuous growth—both professionally and personally. There has always been genuine space and opportunity to progress from one role to another, to learn new things, and to take on new challenges. This journey has helped shape me into a stronger and more confident professional. The support, the vision, and the belief in career development have always been present, and that hope for growth still continues today. The opportunity for ongoing development is truly the best part of working with IHS.
The challengesIHS has its own challenges. Adapting to changing priorities, taking on new responsibilities, adopting new technology in the workplace, and finding innovative ways to manage people can sometimes be demanding. However, these challenges have also contributed significantly to my growth, pushing me to develop stronger problem‑solving skills, resilience, and confidence in my role. Each challenge has ultimately helped me improve and progress in my career.

Looking after your team is the key!
The good thingsEnsuring that the standards are delivered each and every time for guests. Working with the team as the culture here is full of energy and we all get called out for doing the right thing. I enjoy working for a business with the right respect for its people.
The challengesManaging room timing verses quality is hard at times usually with our newer housekeepers.
