Ok introduction to lab work, but that's about it.

The good thingsMajority of staff are approachable and friendly, decent introduction to laboratory work.

The challengesManager/s having no care for the health and safety of workers. Manager/s prioritises own goals over anything else. Manager/s play favourites, so not everyone has an equal opportunity. Majority of staff feel they are constantly being micromanaged. Some facilities not suitable for work being done. Rates are much lower than average rate for similar roles. Little to no chance for career development. Constantly short staffed due to constant pressure from management and working conditions.
