They have a high turnover of staff reflecting poor management. An RTO with an emphasis on making money rather than delivering good training. Don't work there.
The good thingsWorking with indigenous people. Feeling I was making a difference.
The challengesInexperienced people running courses about which they know nothing in remote areas. High pressure on staff to do the impossible in a short period of time. Lack of flexibility which hinders training; doing things the hard way when it should have been simple.

    Enter at own risk.
The good thingsTransfer options between state/territory offices, good working hours and location of office.
The challengesManagement only support certain staff and pick favourites. Staff members are not treated equally. There is no real opportunities for growth within the company.
