Perth WA 6000Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
Became my worse job in my whole careers due to the above factors
The good thingsNot much in all honesty, you got paid correctly most of the time
The challengesWhere to begin? No training, inadequate tools, and a constant blame game. The pay looks good on paper—until you're doing 80+ hours a week. Chronic understaffing makes job impossible. No accountability for poor management, and head office remains disconnected, ignoring the real issues on the ground.

Perth Airport WA 6105Less than 1 year in the role, current employee
Poor management, limited hours, and high staff turnover make it unsuitable for career growth. Please STAY AWAY!!!
The good thingsThe penalties and co workers you meet along the way.
The challengesManagement is poor, rarely granting extra hours. They hire new staff to avoid overtime costs and gain incentives from Perth Airport for retaining employees for three months. Since the new GM arrived, securing stable hours has become harder. Suitable for minimal shifts, but not for career growth.

    Eventful.
The good thingsSome managers nurture your career when you show potential or initiative.
The challengesThey are terrified of spending money, especially when it comes to safety. God forbid you should ask for something to keep you safe. The new KAD at Roy Hill is a wagon. Treats everybody like they are lower class citizens and does not want to interact with front line workers.
